HOTEL LE SEMIRAMIS MARRAKECH BY BRAVIA HOTELS, Marrakesh – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel could use a renovation to match the fantastic service from the friendly staff. Unfortunately, the unclean and sweat-stained pillows were a major letdown during my stay, prompting me to leave the same day.

The hotel location is lovely and clean, with accommodating staff. However, the weak wifi signal and need for shower head upgrades detract slightly from the comfortable rooms.

The hotel has a great location, but the rooms are in need of an upgrade and the service can be slow and unhelpful. However, the breakfast is fantastic. The facilities are well-maintained.

Arriving at 5 pm, the room wasn't ready, but the check-in staff were nice and accommodating. The room had hot running water and a fridge, but the 'wall view' wasn't as expected. The room was hotter than outside at night, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel's rooms resembled basic apartments, needing upgrades and showing signs of wear and tear, such as doors not closing properly, malfunctioning sockets, and dirty carpets. The staff members were largely pleasant and accommodating, except for those at the reception who were unhelpful. The location, though a bit far from town, offered a serene environment with beautiful trees and a clean pool. The dining options varied greatly, from poor choices that forced guests to explore elsewhere to excellent meals like freshly cooked eggs and delicious orange juice.
